Yep sorry i miscalculated. 50% higher than 29th so around 4c. Im happy as i see too many durectors just getting swathes of shares issued at current price or lower. I dont get how that is an incentive. Obviously thery gain if sp goes up but they should suffer if sp goes down. In this case now for the first time as far as i am aware the directors have a huge investment and up or down affects them like us.
Re the % holding what i was getting at was it seems onevitable more finance is needed to get thro to whatever they view as the big driver of price increase. I say that because if they could get there with current finance then why would mr Hockings bring anyone else in and share the prize. Om guessing he knew he needed help. Now he has offloaded a chunk he COULD underwrite annother CR. My thought on % was like last time accidentally or deliberately if he underwrites a big cr and is left holding the bag his jolding xcould increase significantly, as i believe it did last time. New guy is already at 20% so difficult to increase i think (not sure of the rules). Mr Hockings in a position where he coul d go to 25-30% putting directors together close to majority?? Just speculating and not saying it is bad.
