Something has gone terribly wrong here folks. When the CEO resigns after a long stint without there being a replacement at hand there has clearly been a major falling out between the CEO and one or more members of the board. That means there is conflict in the direction the company is taking and this uncertainty is not going to go down well with the major investors who I suspect will be heading for the door in coming days. Plus, Richard has 25m shares and I suspect he'll be looking to cash them in given his options are out of the money. Not much liquidity in this stock - this is going to tank!
