If PYC cell penetrating science has matured to a level of early interest to big pharma, then PYC clearly needs a very well connected, experienced commercial negotiator/marketer to managing the show.

The market action today indicates that there is plenty of buying around if anyone does choose to spit the dummy.
Maybe the RH move has actually been on the cards for months?
Maybe he requested to finish his term on a high with animal trial results?
Maybe the Board decided it most prudent to release the news of RH departure first ... Before releasing some very positive news ... so that the key message cannot be confused??
If that proves to be the case (and we will know within 12 days), both parties have handled the situation very professionally IMHO
