I don't think this is bad thing in many respects apart from the question as to why RH on the science for the last 10 years has walked unless of course he has been snared with a much more lucrative position from big pharma through his globe trotting ? Hopkins was always about the science and the lab stepping up to CEO role was in many respects out of his depth and questionable wether he had the business acumen for the role ? Don't get me wrong he seemed to be having a good shot but it was still all learning curve stuff. I'm always critical of biotechs that can't separate the business from the science & have scientists move out of the lab to run the show. Questions on why he leaves the science here after such long tenure but certainly better people suited to head the business side and take the top seat. We'll see I guess.
