I will be interested in how succession planning for MLX plays out from here. If the current position of 2IC comes open then it leaves open the choice for someone with experience in what they propose to do with Rentails. Given hydraulic mining of tails takes little mine planning skills the person could have more metallurgical or project management skills both of which will be required especially if they want to go for hydrogen reduction of the Sn complex minerals currently being lost. I'm not trying to have it both ways I just see positives as well.
