She stated that the main reason for lack of offtakes and full ramp up of the KMP was due to the fact that the end users (car manufacturers et al) have not ramped up their own production as of yet.
It was her view that once they start to ramp up their production, so will KMP.
Another little nugget I picked up was that they saw multiple metal plants being built still (obviously not as per original timeframe). However, the main difference would be that they would be collocated with end user factories.
To me, this gives us some flexibility to license the Tech and let the OEM finance and build the metal plants on their premises.
