But my point ( badly made ) , was that the Plant was being built based on the Pilot Plant ....so unlikely you "structurally and materially "change the Plant design , and not use the "clean green technology" it was designed to use , without reporting it !
Sure ...you can modify the processing of materials ( when you have them !! ..one of DW's failures ) and some Plant design tweaking ....and therin might lay some of the problem ???
The Ansto PROCESS was largely designed processing ToonGi ( DZP ) material as best I know ...and Rare Earth raw materials aren't all the same . Hence , the revisiting of ANSTO discussions raised in the last Quarterly , MAY be in part as regards "tweaking "the KMP material , to configure it to "other rare earth raw material " metallurgy ??
Purely guess work ....but thats part of the problem ??!! And why the Shorts played the fiddle with this , until recently !!
Thankfully ...the fact that the Shorts have largely now cut and run , says to me that some/all of the KMP process is well on the way to being resolved !
That said ...clear statements from the Management and at the Board's direction , of precisely what were the problems ( other than Covid delays , which is largely a motherhood staement ) , what was necessary to resolve them and where ASM is now up to ( 2 months after the last Quarterly ) , might have seen ASM "bleed out"a bit more quickly ...but see the haemouragging tourniqued much earlier .
Makes me think that Bell Potter and the capital raise Institutional investors , might have questioned and been given a more "fleshed out "picture than the broader investor base !
