In short, people got excited, and the stock ran too early. People thought the operation in Korea would be happening sooner rather than later, it hasn't quite all come together yet but still a work in progress. The Korean operation was supposed to create the cashflow for getting the Dubbo plant going, which requires much larger investment to get started, and combined with higher interest rates it's all looking a bit more difficult. Everything is still promising, but realistically not necessarily the quickest return on investment for shareholders so people may be looking elsewhere.
