    I can't believe a company that size had a CFO and Financial Controller in the first place.

    Definitely strong cut back in operating expenses (via wages and rent now). Let us hope the acting CEO is quality enough to make it as the ongoing CEO otherwise the future CEO will need to be top notch. Top Notch !

    If MD and CFO resigned, that would mean they do not get paid out correct, or is there another agreement for $$ to settle the score?
