Disappointing news re the retention of the CFO who should have gone, according to his original resignation announced to the AX on 5 June, at the end of August.
This Star was knee deep with the previous share 'buy back' in 2018, failed to lodge 484s with the ASX, lost track of number of shares progressively bought back, and failed to notify ASX re the cancellation of those shares.
Just more of the same in terms of a bumbling directionless Executive team which continues to reward itself with fat salaries, and 'performance bonuses', what a joke.
The Company's in good hands, in terms of looking out for the major shareholder..
