Change is more than tweaking at the edges and I suspect this message is still being absorbed at Northampton.
FWIW, I suspect we'll hear an early and surprise announcement of the replacement CFO, only because Price isn't the sort of guy to be caught by surprise.
It's unfortunate however you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs.
It'll be a lot of fun for those who stay and succeed.
