Whilst we can sit here and continue to go back and forth about Wayne's capabilities (which I think you are ultimately referring to in your questions), I am very comfortable with the investment I have made in AVR. Could he done some things better, probably. But I have also sat on a ASX boards and know the tough situations you find yourself in. At the end of the day, it comes down to whether he can build a FDA compliant product and do a deal. That remains to be seen.

In terms of answering your questions, I think you should look to get on a call with the company to get the answers directly. Only they know their plans including how they will mitigate risk and their capital requirements. I am sure Wayne would have a call with you to explain. Best to direct those questions to the company rather than here. Here is just people's opinions.

I have made a decision to invest a considerable amount of money in AVR and I will solely benefit or not from that investment.
