Dude you don't know the guy lol as @Vegantacos said, perhaps a bit too assertive.

Do you know his motivations, do you know his financial situation, do you know what his view on work life balance is, do you know what his pay package looks like in the next firm, do you know his views on RAC's strategy (he may be at odds with the strategy, even if everything is all gravy in the clinic), there is a lot here, and a lot of it would be personal to DF so we will likely never hear about it.

I am not worried about things "not going to plan" - been in this company for almost 2 years and RAC has just been kicking goal after goal. The CSO has bought on market very recently. I will worry when DT starts dumping, or when we get poor trial results
