A seasoned drug developer/CMO with 20 years’ experience from the Pharma and Biotech sector. Experience includes Global Therapeutic Area Leadership within large Pharma with portfolio level responsibility over the clinical development of assets from multiple therapy areas. Proven track record in successfully defining and communicating corporate level TA strategy, growing start-up and small organisations (including fund raising), and leading high performance clinical development teams to deliver programs that maximise asset value. Experienced CMO in the biotechnology start-up sector with accountability for the delivery of the clinical strategy for multiple early and mid-stage assets to drive company value creation. Technical hands on, operational and strategic experience spans all phases of drug development, multiple therapeutic platforms and therapy areas.
• Involvement in multiple successful global regulatory submissions and approvals from small molecules, biologics, peptides, polymers and anti-sense platforms:
•Taking compounds from bench to bedside and providing guidance to pre-clinical teams on prioritization and desired profiles to progress assets in pipeline
•Oversight of development and execution of multiple clinical development plans from P1 to P4
•Pipeline prioritization and TA Strategy development
•Due diligence activities across all phases of development
