If Advonate were engaged some time ago, then I agree that the discontinuity is less than it appears.
But what evidence is there that they were engaged some time ago? Surely it would have been mentioned in this latest announcement if Advonate had already been working for RAC? Why keep that secret?
I agree that three months is short to recruit a CMO. Which raises the question of why have a notice period of only three months.
