I think rule 4 of the agreement should give investors some relief that the share price under normal circumstances will not be greatly as affected as a normal CP. This is an investment rather than a desperate cash grab. Onwards and upwards as we are now funded to complete the research without huge dilution for the SH. Like someone else commented, we wouldn't be where we are at todays price without the buying us up to todays price. Obviously market conditions may be a prevailing factor.
