Bought this stock at .27 cents when reading about the Winsome spin off a few months ago. The gold/silver part of the company appears to be quite substantial and the recent drilling suggests substantial more reserves will be advised in due course when further drilling results come through.
Annoyed I did not buy more on the pullback to 19 cents before the recent rise,
Unfortunately the company is not cash rich and can only go slowly at the moment but there is real value being added to this company.

The spinoff of its' lithium into Winsome is also a big plus. Its' leases for the lithium in Canada is in the same area as Galaxy Resources (now part of Orocobre) in the St. James bay area in Quebec. They will be starting production there next year.
Winsome (assuming viability) will potentially be producing lithium later, although we don;t know yet the amount we are looking at. This will happen after the listing and the new issue of shares that Winsome will issue next month. That should give them the cash to realize what they actual have there.

This company is very similar to Core Lithium (cxo) who also have gold and lithium and other minerals in their portfolio and everybody is getting into as they will be a producer late 2022.
However we are in the earlier stages of development and I would expect any real and substantial rises in share price to only happen when the ground work gets under way and their assets are proven. They then may go the way of Core and raise further funds to speed up the process for production if both of their assets.
It may be too late to buy at a lower price so suggest buy now or on any pullback,(particularly in light of the Winsome spin off entitlement) then take up any extra shares on the new issue to shareholders.
