MVL wont start selling, at least I hope not. Ultimately I feel like shareholders (me included) have been let down by MVL not completing an in-specie distribution, but from what I am told, the regulator is to blame for this.
I suspect as part of the financing discussions, EV1 and MVL will be collaborating to arrange a scenario where a financier or investor can secure all or a sizeable chunk of MVL's holding.
