The only "negative" part is the time frame, it will probably take 12-18 months to get any read out and as safety is the primary objective everyone will be eager to have some "signals" of efficacy to be observed / reported. We know that they drive it forward as fast as possible but still we have to think years and not days / weeks.
I think it was in 2023 when JC held a webinar about CDH 17 and how difficult it was to snap the licence from PENN in the first place. Would be interesting what those competitors would pay today to buy it off CHM. Most likely more than just a symbolic $1, the value the ASX currently putting on it.
