don’t think an IMU buyout is likely. Even tho I’m sure IMU is interested in CHMs portfolio and Leslie Chong was on the CHM Board not so long ago, IMU needs to conserve their cash - given their current cash burn of $20million per quarter they are quickly running out of their own cash run way. In fact, I would suggest an IMU CR is not too far away.
I agree with steini that a RAD style placement with big pharma is most likely. Perhaps Novartis and I would expect at a significant premium to the current SP. time will tell!
