RAD EGM this morning confirmed the "partial sale" of RAD to Lantheus. Now Hopper can concentrate on CHM.
The RAD - Lantheus deal means an about 100% dilution compared to IPO but the sp is at 1/20 and RAD got 4 assets in the clinics and more to come.
Similar to CHM, that's why I anticipate a similar deal. But we have to wait, it could turn out just to be an ordinary, heavily discounted CR at 1.2 / 1.3c.
So far Hopper wanted the 3 comps separated and the RAD deal shows that this will be the case for the foreseeable future. Therefore, a CHM merger into IMU via a scrip offer is highly unlikely.
Soon we will find out.
