For someone who expects compliance with all i dotted and all Ts. crissed from a BOD, you surprise me how you accept mediocre research from yourself.

You were wrong when you stated your option fix when the CR was done. You were wrong when stating the amount they have in the bank now. Yet you still think your ideas are better than those running the company.

As has been explained to you many times, option money can not be relied upon until after the option expiry. Regardless of how far they are in the money. And that expiry date would be after the date the tax refund could be available. We need arms being dosed now. Without money, we can't do that. Without having arms dosed, the company can't build the share price. So your idea would mean that graph would continue as it is.
CHM is fast approaching a point where a partner comes on board. I find that an exciting opportunity. This could potentially happen before the calendar year end if we get the right data.
Dr Bec ensuring we are funded to achieve this seems like the right thing to me. As CHM is funded to plan and dose arms. Your idea would leave them waiting to see how much money they get as the option expiry date approaches. Greatly delaying the trial progress.

This doesn't seem like a very hard concept to understand. This is the very high risk end of the market. CHM has two major risks. One is finance, the other is the drug performance. Dr Bec and team have just done their best to mitigate the financial problem to some point after where the opportunity for a partner exists. I like that. The drug so far has shown promise.
So, the risk has finally swapped from being the dollars in the bank to drug performance. That's the best situation CHM has been in for many years.
