    Its going to be sub-7c and if CHM draws down the full $30m, L1 will own more than 50% of the company. Gets a bit interesting because of this:

    My read is that this restriction:

    Takeovers Threshold
    A person cannot acquire a ‘relevant interest’ in a company’s shares if it would result in that person’s or someone else’s ‘voting power’ in the company increasing from 20% or below to more than 20%, or increasing from a starting point that is above 20% and below 90%, unless the acquisition occurs via a specified exception (such as a takeover bid, scheme of arrangement or with target shareholder approval).


    would actually prevent CHM drawing down the full amount of the L1 facility at these prices.

    Does that mean that CHM should be reporting a lower "Unused financing facilities available at quarter end" on its quarterly cashflow update?
