It’s not about a right or wrong decision in regards to China. The company has disclosure obligations and if there was an amount paid back on termination then that should have been disclosed. If it was $3m then that is enough to warrant mention. They have historically announced partnering payments they receive upfront for much less, so it has to work both ways.
