Well if that isn't a statement nothing is. This isn't just about a potential plant construction project for CCCP. They aren't going to be sending the big boys down with measuring tapes to step out a project when they have the local John Holland boys and girls for that.

The Chinese are not the only ones watching this. The rating agencies and the big mining analysts are all of the view that this could negatively impact SA risk profile. State Government need to act on ATLA.
