Yes I agree, but that announcement specifically says ‘prospective buyers’, which I inferred meant divestment for cash to develop the other two projects you mention. One could conclude that if successful sale then the ducks would already be in-line to quickly progress especially given the recent China developments and access to a low cost startup on the recently acquired Mexico project.
So yes there may be something on the cards in the background, but isn’t beyond the realms of speculative entry with all the converging vectors.
