If you don't vote, they'll just ignore it. Unless you own few million shares, it doesn't really matter what we say.
I went to another company's general meeting last year. The director read the resolution, then said 'people who agree raise your hand... people who disagree raise your hand...' He didn't even look at the people and announced it was passed.
This will just be a procedure the company has to follow.
So as far as i'm concerned, acquisition will be passed. It's benefitial too everyone.
