As a company I think the answer is none. But the directors will presumably own quite a few.
As for how many priority shares anyone can apply for, I haven't seen a limit specified, but there aren't many to go around so I couldn't see a minority MTC shareholder getting a huge amount. No harm in giving it a go, though, if anyone has the cash to throw in. Might be better trying through the regular IPO since there are far more on offer there.
