Also, the recent announcements hint at significant changes in the processing flowsheet. In fact, if they had to 'drop' any part of the circuit to reduce the initial capital cost, I would be more comfortable without a flotation circuit.

While I want a partner to be locked in and boa's signed etc, I think we do have to be wary of Chinese involvement. Rushing to give a placement or any board seats etc might not be the best idea at this stage.

I like what mgmt are currently doing. Further progress relationship with Changsha but keep the door open for future parties to get in. We have time, not like spod market is going to recover anytime soon. May need to raise b4 eoy though.
