I worked on the original Kagara drilling program $20 mill worth and the thought was they would have to freeze the water as they cemented the shaft like I said how expensive is that? I cannot see the production plant being any more expensive except for the fact they will have to pay Australian wages and it will have to be stick built. Then the concentrate will probably have to be shipped 500 km away out of Port Hedland . But it is all quite feasible.
