If there is a leak, 'big trouble in little china'

I think it's more likely that at least one BOT has identified a false positive.

Until a deal is struck for cash flow then there wont be enough money for increasing the zinc asset and finding lithium and cobalt levels properly. I believe they are waiting for the 'money' to to join in and help to create a moon base to skyrocket the stock to ASX300. Once there, managed funds and etfs will pour in money stabilizing the MC and hopefully the price at ATH then organic growth with quarterly profit results.

Or they could be simply using the real estate model to cash in on a smaller percentage and focus on other projects generating cashflow from partial ownership of many projects which seems more likely.
