To be absolutely fair and honest, the fact is that the announcement was made in a timely fashion as soon as possible after the information became available to the company. This is the only honest reason and a requirement for listed companies on the ASX. All else is unsubstantiated and not to be taken seriously at all. Funny, but not true Adam.
