OW may have already locked up the balance in nominee accounts awaiting FRIB approval, Once approval gained, duel list on the HK,market, and watch the multiples of current SP sky rocket, OW sell off some percentage, , still have off take agreement , and have lowered average price, nice manoeuvre. And us holders velly velly happy also.
