May I suggest Mr Ma has always represented shareholders first and continues to put SH interest before all else.
I qualify this by your post indicating he introduced NAAIL for the placement after OW reneged.
He obviously wants CDU to succeed and that is in the best interests for all shareholders.
Why would Mr Liu increase his shareholding if the intension was to dud shareholders?
Simple answer is he wouldn't.
