Yeah, it's pretty worthless. About as much as an MoU with an Indonesian biotech anyway.
The inanity of RCE announcements generally increases leading into a CR, which RCE will need to do in the coming month I think. Given the lack of any material progress since the last CR, it's going to be interesting.
Graham said that they "could have raised way more" last time... time will tell. Hopefully they have some actual progress to announce in combo with the raise this time. No more patents in Uzbekistan or yet another cohort dosed blah blah.
