It seems that SMA is determined to test support at 5c or even 4.5c.
The problem lies in the rich valuation SMA attracts relative to it peers....For SMA to trade at the same multiples as say MBE or CM8 , it needs to drift down to around 2c.
The market is reluctant to pay such a hefty premium in this climate , even though long term growth is expected.
