Yes, I am aware of this article and actually re-post in on HC few weeks ago. So not sure what stop JAT listing Golden Koala on JD, no CFDA approval needed for overseas IF brands to get listed on JD/TMALL through a loophole called "shopping internationally". However, you do need CFDA approval if you want to sell the products through the retails stores.
