China is certainly the largest opportunity but it is not a make or break situation by any stretch. California on its own provides a $4billion opportunity and there are opportunities world wide.
Some good information on the IP protection steps they will be taking. It is probably inevitable that they will be copied at some stage but if they can delay this as long as possible then it might not really matter by that stage as they will be well established. Looking forward to the next update from this team.
