Indeed ... marvellous what a difference supportive, dare I say determined, government can achieve in commercialising a promising technology ... and conversely, if a government has other agendas just how long it can take ... with this level of encouraging support it plausible that Cougar could commercialise in China well ahead of any entity achieving commerciaalisation in Qld, if at all imo.
