We only need approval from Chinese ministry of finance (MOFCOM).
Once we recieve approval from MOFCOM it will be the last step, Jinan Hi-tech will then be 34% shareholders & the remaining $6.5m minus interest accrued will be wired hopefully within 5 business days.
