Purely my own guess is that 'law suit' might have actually been settled behind closed-doors, the language around BARD1-streams changed a few months ago, after Drs IIF & Walker resigned, there should/would have been 'disclosures' about the court dates/proceedings otherwise I'd expect, nothing, and then the patent-releases, probably some 'back-channel' lobbying, which demonstrates they're 'reactivating' work on the BARD1-stream/s to avoid going to trial, knowing they may lose, significantly, in their own words...
