If you stood only on fact, the stock market would never function or be that ! Can you imagine shares only moving on fact ??
Get real people....speculation is what drives shares, facts underpin their worthiness !
Fact is, everything is at the Board’s discretion,either way or another, we can't prove or disprove who got what and when. So in my opinion some will laugh and others will cry. This is the nature of the beast.
