have never held the stock but hired 2 vans on the platform for over 5 years. no longer hire through them after too many arguments about them constantly changing how the fees and insurance works, plus terrible treatment of owners. it was a good earner for me but the terrible customer service was not worth the profits. still part of the unofficial Facebook group and many other owners unhappy with them so I can't see the business succeeding as they will struggle to get people to list vans for hire . I could be wrong but from what I've seen if they are not succeeding yet they never will, cost of living pressures will kill the revenue stream imo and people will sell vans if they see market is softening and sick of being treated like crap.
