Would be interesting to have some feedback here from investors who know well Tourism Holding (THL).
Some elements I find interesting in this transaction : - Camplify becomes n.1 in NZ for peer to peer RV renting (adds to their n.1 position in Australia), with a fleet in NZ of 1,400 RV (adding 900+ with the acquisition) - Camplify doesn't just add on its fleet in this transaction, but also on what it can provide to its customers. If I understood well what they said this morning, this new acquisition has a take rate of around 50 % in FY 21 (almost twice the level of Camplify) because they are also doing servicing for owners. - getting closer to THL is also probably an opportunity to get more of their own hiring fleet using Camplify platform.
