while IMU and CHM are totally different companies trying to tackle solid cancers from totally different approaches.. they are somewhat cut from the same cloth and IMU is demonstrating the interest an ASX listed company in the immunotherapy space can attract once it demonstrates efficacy in solid tumors.

I've spent quite a bit of time researching solid tumors and in particular GBM over the past several months.. and each time they talk about GBM... there really are no answers. The 6 month life expectancy for the patients CHM are treating (recurrent GBM), is a very important point and one that may feature prominently in the SNO conference in November... with the first patient dosed in September 2020 and the last one on 18th March 2021... if any of the patients treated with CLTX are still alive by mid November.. then that in itself is a noteworthy outcome using the lowest dose (first patient would have been 14 months post treatment, latest one 8 months). What a powerful statement it would be if they could say something along the lines of "all four patients in the first cohort are still alive and doing well".

And you are spot on in terms of the CLTX being in the clinic in 2022 across multiple solid tumors, with the learnings from the lead CHM1101 trial targeting GBM (in particular what they present in the second abstract on CLTX) are going to help them pick the right solid cancers to include in the basket trial using CLTX.

So in 2022 we will have two basket trials in the clinic, firstly with CLTX as well as with CDH-17. We'll also have the lead CHM 1101 targeting GBM reading out on the second, and third cohorts.. and if lucky the final cohort as well.

CHM also have approx A$4.5m of the A$5m allocated from the IPO to acquire another asset.. and I know they are looking, so I wouldn't be surprised if they license another asset before years end.
