    This is because they are not using RECIST which uses the definition of a Partial Response being a 30% decrease in tumour size. https://project.eortc.org/recist/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2015/03/RECISTGuidelines.pdf.

    The trial is using the Response Assessment in Neuro-Oncology Criteria (RANO) criteria, which states a Partial Response is a 50% or more decrease of all measurable enhancing lesions.
