For the second cohort I think the best indicator will be to wait for the announcement that they've completed recruitment for the second cohort.. unless I've missed it - they haven't announced that yet.
Once the confirm they've completed the second cohort recruitment, they may also update us that they've all passed the 28 day post treatment in which case they can start on the third cohort recruitment, which will be recruiting through multiple sites through OncoBay.
A lot of CAR-T trials are single site (not many sites are certified to run CAR-T trials, so it's a fight for capacity as well as the cost involved), so the fact that CHM is going multi-site is going to ensure the phase 1 is completed as soon as possible.
