Overlooking that $2 million shortfall in the SH raise and the $3 plus million shortfall in the options really does make your point mute. Who was it that said "this is the CR we had to have!" or something like that. That it was oversubscribed really builds confidence in the company. That it was wound back, when the purse strings have always been a problem, shows they did their best re dilution. You probably won't agree with that. And that's ok. Its done, and now the pipeline is free to get the party started.
