Unlikely it is CHM, Hopper would have to accept funds from someone not to be Lind or Bell Potter and that seems to be very, very unlikely as KPRx seems to be strong and confident enough not to be bossed around should Hopper see his position of power reduced or endangered.
If it is, then great. Would finally indicate some change which is needed.
