By poor cash management, do you mean they keep trying to progress the pipeline when not being supported during capital raises?

This last CR has given CHM a chance to prove its Cd17 CarT works and find a partner. Up till now, its just been trying to stay solvent. This is the bit that Steinie doesn't understand.
